参附注射液对低位直肠癌根治术后吻合口愈合的作用

Effects of Shenfu injection on anastomotic healing after resection of the low rectal cancer

目的探讨参附注射液对低位直肠癌根治术后吻合口愈合的作用。方法2001年1月～2007年6月，将150例行直肠癌根治术患者随机分为参附注射液使用组72例和对照组78例。参附组术后第2d起给予参附注射液10～15d，平均12．4d。比较两组吻合口愈合的情况及吻合口漏与吻合口狭窄的发生率。结果对照组吻合口漏发生率为11．1％明显高于参附组2．77％（P〈0．05）；两组吻合口狭窄的发生率分别为12．8％及4．16％，参附组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论参附注射液能促进吻合口愈合并抑制吻合口瘢痕的过度增生，对低位直肠癌根冶术后吻合口漏与狭窄有一定的防治作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu injection on anastomotic healing after resection of the low rectal cancer. Methods From January 2001 to June 2007, 150 cases with low rectal cancer received resection were randomly divided into Shenfu injection group （72cases） and the control group （78 cases）. Participators in Shen -fu injection group were given 0.4 ml/kg · d by iv. drip for 10 - 15 days （ mean 12.4 days） since postoperative second day. Compare the status of anastomotic healing and the incidence of anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis of two groups. Results The anastomotic leakage incidence of the control group was significantly higher than Shen - fu injection group （11.1% vs 2.77% ） （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of anastomotic stenosis of two groups is respectively 12, 8% and 4. 16% of the control group. The incidence of Shenfu injection group （4. 16% ） was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion Shenfu injection can promote anastomotic healing and inhibit hyperplasia of anastomotic scar and it has definite prophylactico - therpeutic effects on anastomotic leakage and stenosis after resection of the low rectal cancer.
