穴位敷贴佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎132例疗效观察

目的探讨穴位敷贴佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将132例符合喘息性支气管炎诊断标准的患儿随机分为对照组及治疗组，对照组西医治疗，治疗组在西医治疗基础上给予中药膏敷贴肺俞、脾俞、天突穴位治疗。1d敷1次，每次1—2h，至症状缓解，肺部体征消失。结果治疗组在气喘消失时间、肺部喘鸣音消失时间及住院时间方面均较对照组有明显缩短，未见明显副作用。结论中药穴位敷贴是治疗喘息性支气管炎有效的辅佐治疗方法，临床疗效确切，无明显副作用。
