摘要
签订技术合同中知识产权的保护对高校至关重要。高校应改变目前技术合同中弃权签约的现状,依法签订技术合同,巧用策略争取技术成果的占有和分享,合理约定侵权风险。
It is of vital importance for universities to protect their intellectual property rights in signing technical contracts. Universities should change the present situation of giving up their intellectual property rights in signing the contracts. They should sign technical contracts in accordance with the law, try tactfully to possess or share the technical achievements and bear risks properly.
