Integrating Social Resources to Improve Innovation Ability of Postgraduate Students

研究生教育作为我国的精英教育,为经济建设培养了一批又一批的高素质人才。如何在当前招生规模日趋扩大的形势下不断提高研究生的创新能力,成为了各高校发展研究生教育的突出问题。造成研究生创新能力不足的原因涉及多个方面,高校应积极整合社会资源,为研究生的创新教育注入活力。

As our country＇s elite education, graduate education has cultivated many talented people to develop economy. With the enlargement of postgraduate admission how to improve postgraduate students＇ innovationability becomes an outstanding problem in developing graduate education. The paper points out four reasons for the low innovation ability of postgraduate students and analyzes the categories and functions of social resources. Finally it suggests some countermeasures to solve the problem of lacking resources and improving the innovation ability of postgraduate students.
