以我国社会改革的大背景为前提,对后奥运时期我国竞技体育体制改革的动力系统和多元化发展趋势,以及普通高校培养高水平运动队所面临的机遇和发展思路进行研究,探讨竞技体育实现多维、多渠道培养优秀运动员的途径。

Taking current national social reforming background as a premise, the paper conducts the research on the national sports organizational reform system and the trends toward the diversification of development, as well as the opportunity and the development of proper perspectives that universities are facing in post-Olympics in training the high-level athletic team. It discusses establishing multi-dimensional and multi-ehannel methods of training top athletes.
