遵义市中学体育师资现状调查与分析

Investigation ang analysis of the current situation of P.E. Teachers in Middle School in Zunyi City

通过对遵义市80所中学、526名一线体育教师和遵义市14个市、县教育局,就学历、职称、培训、任职、基本素质及待遇等方面进行了专题调研,在得出近几年学校建设取得较大发展的同时,仍然面临巨大的挑战,还有很长的路要走。加强师资队伍建设,切实提高体育教师的待遇应引起各级领导对体育师资和学校体育工作的重视,加大体育教育建设力度,改善办学环境,改善体育教师待遇任重道远。

An investigation and analysis has been conducted among 526 front line P.E. teachers from 80 middle schools in Zunyi City （14 bureaus of education in Zunyi city and Counties）, on their academic rifles, on-the-job training elementary qualities salaries and so on. It shows that the construction of schools has made great progress during these years, yet faced great chanlleges, a long way to go.Strengthening the construction of P.E. teaching staff and realistically increasing their treatments arouse increasing attention from leaders at different levels. The heavy responsibilities to accelate the speed of the construction of physical education, to improve the enviroment of running schools, and to increase the salaries of P.E. teachers should be waged.
