祛腐生肌膏外用安全性的动物试验研究

Study of Animal Experiment on the Security of Qufushengji Ointment

目的:通过动物试验探讨祛腐生肌膏临床用药的安全性。方法:对家兔皮肤进行急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验,对豚鼠皮肤进行过敏反应试验。结果:祛腐生肌膏对家兔皮肤用药无明显的急性毒性反应,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤用药均无明显的刺激性反应。对豚鼠皮肤无过敏反应症状。结论:祛腐生肌膏在临床作为外用药应用应是安全的。

Objective： To investigate the security of Qufushengji ointment with animal experiments, Methods： Acute toxic test and skin stimulus test were done in the skins of rabbits; allergic response test was done in the skins of rats. Results： Qufushengji ointment has no obvious acute toxic response to the skin of rabbit, no obvious stimulus to rabbit healthy and damaged skin, no allergic response to rat＇s skin. Conclusion： Qufushengji ointment should be safe as clinical external drug.
