摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定清喉利咽颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(150 mm×416 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2);流速:110 ml/min;检测波长280 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.2384-0.7152μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线行关系,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD%=0.93%(n=5)。结论:本法简单,准确度高,专属性强,重现性好,可作为本品质量标准控制的依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qinghouliyan granules. Methods: The chromatography cosisted of Diamonsil C18 chromato bar and mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47:53:0.2) at the flow rate of 110 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.2384-0.7152 μg,the average recovery was 98.9% with RSD%=0.93%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple with high accuracy,strong specificity and good reproducibility,so it can be used as the evidence to control the quality of Qinghouliyan granules.
