摘要
目的:建立痔宁洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测法。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸水(25:75)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为350 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.4164~8.328 mg/ml,标准回归方程:Y=6649.5X+570.29;r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为97.17%,RSD%=2.98%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作方便,结果可靠。
Objective: To establish the method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Zhining lotion, Methods: The chromatographic condition consisited of Kromasil C18 bar(250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% orthophosphoric acid(25: 75) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the determination wavelength was 350 nm. Results: the linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.4164-8.328 mg/ml, Y=6649.5X+570.29, r=0.9999, the average recovery was 97.1% with RSD% = 2.98%. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, with simple manufacture and reliable result.
