摘要 研究了碳化铬金属陶瓷SHS熔覆层在二体干摩擦状态下的磨粒尺寸效应,发现在给定的试验条件下,磨粒的临界尺寸与材料的硬度有关,而其并非如同经典摩擦理论认为的那样是完全独立于摩擦系统的常数,同时还利用G-W模型和实际测量所得磨痕的平均宽度对研究结果进行了分析与解释,认为随着材料硬度的提高,磨粒临界尺寸朝着数值增大方向发展的推测可能具有普遍意义. Grit size effects in chromium carbide cermet under the condition of twobody wear was investigated. Unlike exactly the conclusion of the classical friction theory, the critical grit size was found to be depending on the hardness of materials used, that is, the larger the hardness, the greater the critical size will be. A satisfactory explanation for the findings was made by means of the combination of GoddardWhilman mode with the results of wear track measured. Form the analysis, a conjecture can be given that the critical grit size should be variables rather than constants as long as the presence of the difference in average width of wear track for any worn materials.
