Fe-Ni-P 合金镀层与几种材料配副在边界润滑下的摩擦学特性

摘要 研究了Fe-Ni-P合金镀层与45#钢、GCr15轴承钢、QSn6.5-0.4磷锡青铜、1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、Cr镀层或Ni-P镀层分别组成摩擦副时在边界润滑下的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:在给定的试验条件下,Fe-Ni-P合金镀层与1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢组成摩擦副对摩时容易产生粘着,磨损量和摩擦因数都比较高,而且配副材料的抗擦伤临界载荷也很低;以Fe-Ni-P合金镀层分别与其它5种材料对摩时的耐磨性都相当好,摩擦因数也都很低,尤以Fe-Ni-P合金镀层/青铜的耐磨性能最好,而GCr15轴承钢与Fe-Ni-P合金镀层组成摩擦副时的抗擦伤性能最佳,然而45#钢与Fe-Ni-P合金镀层组成摩擦副对摩时的抗擦伤临界载荷却很低;在一般情况下,用于与Fe-Ni-P合金镀层配副材料的硬度愈低,其在擦伤时对应的磨损体积损失的变化愈大. The tribological characteristics of FeNiP alloy coating against 45# steel,GCr15 bearing steel,bronze,1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,Cr coating and NiP coating were studied under the boundary lubrication.The results showed that FeNiP/1Cr18Ni9Ti is easy to produce adherence under the given conditions, the wear volume loss and friction factor are higher,the antiscratch critical load is very low; The antiwear properties of friction pairs composed of FeNiP alloy coating against other five materials respectively are all better,especialy,the antiwear property of FeNiP coating/bronze is the best.The antiscratch property of FeNiP coating/GCr15 bearing steel is optimal, but the antiscratch critical load of FeNiP coating/45# steel pairs is very low . The lower hardness of materials,the more variation of the wear volume loss on scoring.
