摘要 使用矩量法研究印刷电路板上微带线的辐射干扰及其抑制方法。给出微带线辐射效应的模型,并利用数值算法分析单微带线和有屏蔽线的单微带线的辐射功率。仿真结果显示,加入匹配屏蔽线的单微带线辐射功率明显小于未加屏蔽线时的功率。因此,在数字电路的电磁兼容设计中,对强信号线加匹配屏蔽线能有效地降低对外界的辐射干扰。 This paper presents research on spurious radiation from printed circuit board (PCB) by using method of moments (MOM). Radiation model of microstrip is introduced, and then power of a single microstrip without and with shielding transmission line is calculated employing MOM. The results show that radiated power for microstrip with shielding line is less than that for microstrip without shielding line. Therefore, in the EMC design of digital circuits, adding shielding line to signal line can effectively decrease spurious radiation.
