摘要
表面硬化钢的结晶粒度对于加工和零件承载能力是一个重要的特性。钢材使用者通常采用的结晶粒度试验方法必须关注实际需要。材料试验室必须开展补充试验,并述及未来生产工艺和制定标准。本文给出了一份影响结晶粒度因素的报告,对结晶粒对零部件承载能力的影响做出解释,并论述了金属外层和内核之间的差异。
Grain size in case-hardening steels is an important property for processing and for component loading capacity. The test procedures for grain size commonly used for steel acceptance must take more accound of practical requirements. The material laboratory must assume responsibility for accompanging tests and the description and standardization of future process.
In this paper, a report about factors that influence grain size are contained. This paper also explains inhouse inrestigation into the influence that grain size on the loadability of component. The difference found between the case and the core are discussed in this paper.
