浅谈高校图书馆馆员的素质提高

本文通过对高校图书馆馆员应有的基本素质与其现状对比,提出要加强高校图书馆馆员职业纪律建设和继续教育建设,提高高校图书馆馆员的素质。同时,高校图书馆馆员要强化职业道德、强化科学文化、强化竞争机制,使高校图书馆在高校素质创新教育中发挥重要作用。

The thesis bases on the contrast proper basic quality with its present situation of the University Librarians, proposes strengthening the professional discipline and continuing education building construction of the University Librarians, and improves the quality of the University Librarians. Meanwhile, the University Librarians should strengthen their professional ethics, science and euhure, and the mechanism of competition, enables the university library to play the influential role in the university quality innovation education.
