论羁縻府州制度与唐初边疆形势的关系

Relationship of Ji Mi District System and the Frontier Surroundings in Early Tang Dynasty

唐朝初年平定东突厥后,为利用突厥部族的战斗力,以应对日益复杂的周边形势,从而确立了羁縻府州制度。羁縻府州制度确立后,也的确为唐朝提供了兵源,解决了兵力不足的问题。

Tang Empire established Ji Mi （attached） district system with the intention of using the battle effectiveness of Tu Jue tribes to meet the more and more complicated surroundings, after it beat the Eastern Tu Jue. Ji Mi district system solved the problem of short of army by providing source of soldiers after it was established.
