试论西方国家新闻法规法律渊源的变化

On the Changes of Sources of Communication Laws in Western Countries

资产阶级革命前,不同法律传统的国家都采取了制定法作为新闻法规的形式;资本主义制度确立后,制定法、判例法、国际条约和新闻学与传播学理论学说都成为新闻法规的正式法源。法律渊源的多元化体现了社会的进步。

In the feudalistic society in occident, the countries which had different legal tradition constituted statue law as communication laws. While in the capitalistic society, statue law, case law, international treaty and theory of Journalism and Communication became the sources of law. The diversification of sources of law embodied the progress of society.
