无痛导尿术用于老年男性患者的临床研究

The clinical research of non-pain catheterization technique used in old male patients

目的探讨无痛导尿术用于老年男性患者的临床效果。方法60例需要留置导尿管的老年男性患者，随机分为实验组、对照组各30例。实验组使用舒泰麻醉润滑剂润滑小儿气囊导尿管（10n，直径4.0mm）导尿，对照组常规石蜡油润滑双腔气囊尿管（16n，直径6．4mm）导尿，比较两组患者留置尿管后尿路刺激症状、一次性插管的成功率、尿管脱出、管周漏尿、尿路感染情况。结果实验组患者尿路刺激症状明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），一次性插管的成功率（76．7％）明显高于对照组（50．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。尿管脱出、管周漏尿及尿路感染无明显改变，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论舒泰润滑小儿气囊导尿管为老年男性患者留置尿管，能阻断置管期间的尿路刺激反应，提高一次性插管的成功率，可改变传统留置导尿给老年患者带来的不适反应，以减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To probe the clinical research of non-pain catheterization technique used in old male patients. Methods The 60 old male patients needed to leave alone the catheter were divided into the experimental group and the control group stochastically. Using Shutai anesthetic and lubricant to lubricate the children aerostat catheter （10Fr, diameter is 4.0mm） for persons in the experimental group, while the control group uses convention paraffin wax oil to lubricate the two-chamber aerostat catheter （ 16Fr, diameter is 6.4mm）. We compared the urine road stimulation symptom, the success ratio of disposable intubations, urethra leaves, urine leaves tube, urine road infection and so on. Results The urine road stimulation symptom in the experimental group is lower than that in the control group obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the success ratio of disposable intubations in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In term of these two aspects, there is statistics significance for the two comparing groups. On the other hand, there is no obvious change in urethra leaves, the urine leaves tube and urine road infection, for which there is no statistics significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Using Shutai anesthetic and lubricant to lubricate the children aerostat catheter for old male patients can block the urine road stimulation symptom in period of setting the catheter, improve the success ratio of disposable intubations, change the ill response of the traditional leaving alone catheterization brought for old male patients, and reduce patients＇ pains.
