摘要
目的调查分析军队医院临床聘用护士的人格特征,便于护士的管理和选拔。方法采用卡特尔16PF人格测量表,对军队医院临床工作的65名聘用护士进行测试,所得资料进行统计学处理。结果军队医院聘用护士与优秀护士在8种人格因素(F、I、L、M、N、O、Q2、Q3)方面以及5种次级人格因素(X1、X3、Y1、Y3、Y4)方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论16PF的测试可作为管理、选拔军队医院聘用护士以及发展优秀护理人才的理论依据。
Objective To survey the personality traits of contract nurses in the military hospital in order to provide a scientific bases for choosing and training the contract nurses. Methods 65 contract nurses were assessed with Cattell 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF). T-test was applied to analyze the personality characteristics of contract nurses and excellent nurses. Results There were differences in eight personality factors of F, I, L, M, N, O, Q2, Q3 and five secondary personality factors of X1, X3, Y1, Y3 and Y4 between contract nurses and excellent nurses. The differences had statistical meaning ( P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions The assessment with Cattell 16PF will provide a reliable basis for managing and choosing the contract nurses and training excellent nursing personnel in the military hospital.
