摘要
探讨了激活蛋白对棉纤维品质主要指标的影响。结果表明,用细极链格孢菌蛋白激发子喷施棉株,纤维各个指标都能得到明显的改善,即能显著提高纤维长度、整齐度、比强度、反射率、伸长率、纺纱均匀指数等指标,降低纤维黄度和麦克隆值。
The effect of activator protein on fiber quality characters was studied. The results showed that many parameters were markedly improved by spraying the protein activator at right moment with appropriate concentration. The fiber length, strength, uniformation, spinning consistency index, reflectivity rate and elongation all increased obviously, but micronaire and yellowness degree reduced.
