摘要
分析了X80高性能管线钢的碳当量、热裂纹敏感性、冷裂纹敏感性以及焊接热影响区的脆化问题,探讨了防止X80管线钢产生冷裂纹的工艺措施及提高焊接热影响区韧性的途径,为X80高性能管线钢在实际管道建设中的应用提供了理论基础。
X80 pipeline steel's carbon equivalent, cold cracking sensibility and hot cracking sensi- bility and HAZ embrittlement problems are analyzed, the methods to avoid cold crack are dis- cussed, the way of proposed the X80 pipeline steel welding HAZ toughening is calculated, which provides theory criteria and engineering guidance for pipeline construction.
