摘要
在对比修井与钻井用防喷器使用环境、封堵压力、工作要求的基础上,提出了带剪切闸板的修井用防喷器选型设计的基本原则、外型尺寸限制和应该实现的功能,给出了一种双闸板防喷器的结构设计并进行了加工及室内与现场试验。试验表明,该防喷器可达到预期的设计目标,可为修井防喷器的设计提供参考。
Based on the differences in environment, capping pressure and requirements between working and drilling preventer, the basic principle, overall dimension and function were presented in design of shear ram type preventer, a new structure of double ram type preventer was de- signed and a sample workpiece was manufactured for indoor and field test. The test results show that this working preventer can meet the expected needs. The ideas in this article can be consulted in design of working preventer.
