摘要
针对稠油油田在开发过程中边底水不断上升,而产油量持续下降的严峻形势,为提高原油采收率,降低采油综合含水率,胜利油田积极引进了三次采油的注氮新工艺、新设备,开辟增油新途径。对目前3种使用较为广泛的制氮方式进行了简要的分析,提出了移动式膜分离设备的优化配置方案,并对未来注氮设备的发展提出了一些设想。
Aiming at the problems of marginal water going up and oil production going down during sticky oil exploration, Shengli Oilfield adapted new technology of nitrogen injection with newly developed equipment to do enhanced production in order to raise oil production rate and reduce water content. The analysis of three ways of nitrogen extraction was done, which are widely used at present. A program of movable film separation equipment is proposed with optimized matching. Also, a new design of development of nitrogen injection equipment is put forward as well.
