电潜螺杆泵专用液压锚的设计与应用

摘要 针对电潜螺杆泵在井下工作状态下会产生机械振动,加装弹簧减振器效果不好,使得检泵周期短等现状,设计了一种新型电潜螺杆泵专用液压锚,简述了其结构及工作原理。现场应用表明,该电潜螺杆泵专用液压锚具有施工方便、工作性能稳定、减振效果好等优点,成功率达100%,油井检泵周期明显延长。 Submersible electric screw pumps have the problem of mechanical vibrations under the mine shaft active status, installation of the spring shock absorber effect seems not to be good, causing examination cycle of the pump short and so on. The present situations, one kind of new special hydraulic pressure anchor for submersible electric screw pumps is designed, its structure and the principle of work was summarized. After field application, special hydraulic pressure anchorage of this submersible electric screw pump is easy to install, is stable in operating performance, good in the antivibration effect and so on. The success ratio reaches 100%, and the pump examination cycle is obviously extended.
