由于随机性效应和确定性效应的发生与生物体器官和组织受照情况有关,在临床电离辐射安全性评价的工作过程中.有几个辐射量是非常有效的,其中包括器官剂量和有效剂量。本实验室引进的SR250软件,可模拟临床诊疗过程,对CT辐照过程中患者的器官及有效剂量进行监控,可以更为有效地对电离辐射的安全性进行分析。为对SR250软件的准确性和有效性进行评价.同时为临床使用该软件监控CT电离辐射安全性建立实验依据.特设计模拟人体模实验,对其进行评估。
The occurrence of radiation effect correlated with the exposure imparted on patients' organ and tissue during X-ray examinations. Several dose parameters such as organ dose and effective dose are important in evaluating patients' radiation risk. The software of SR250 could estimate patients' organ dose and effective dose during CT examination. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of SR250 in estimating patients' organ dose and effective dose.
