本文介绍我院"设备租赁中心"的管理范围、工作流程、收费制度等。通过这种管理模式,可以显著提高设备的使用率,优化资源配置,提高医院设备管理水平。
Describes the management scope, the work flow, the charge system, etc. of ＂Equipment Lease Center＂ of our hospital. By means of such management mode, the using rate of medical equipment can be increased, the resource allocation optimized and the management level in the hospital improved.
