摘要 以(NH_4)_2S_2O_8和NaHSO_3作为引发剂,研究了芦苇乙醇木质素与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚反应中丙烯酰胺用量、引发剂用量、引发剂配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产率和接枝效率的影响规律,并对实验条件进行优化。确定最优条件为:丙烯酰胺单体与乙醇木质素的质量比为1:1,引发剂用量为50 mmol/L,引发剂(NH_4)_2S_2O_8与NaHSO_3的摩尔比为4:1,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h。最优条件下产物产率达到95%,接枝效率为90%。红外光谱分析证实了产物中存在接枝共聚物,并且主要以醚键连接。 In this paper, graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto reed ethanol lignin using ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as initiator was investigated. Orthogonal experiment was adopt to study the effects of the mass ratio of lignin and AM, the amount of initiator, the mass ratio of (NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3 , the reaction temperature and copolymerization time on the product yield and graft efficiency, and the optimum experiment condition was investigated. Suitable conditions for graft copolymerization are as follow:AM:reed ethanol lignin(mass ratio) = 1:1, amount of initiator 50mmol/L, the ratio of ( NH4 ) 2S2O8:NaHSO3 ( mol ratio) = 4: 1, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 4 h. The yield and graft efficiency were 95% and 90% respectively. The structure of eopolymer was characterized by FT-IR.
