摘要
研究了阳离子聚合电解质聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)和阴离子聚合电解质羧甲基纤维素(CMC)以不同电荷比混合所形成的聚电解质复合物(PECs)对旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)再生浆性能的影响,同时研究了不同电荷比的PAE与CMC预混合后形成的PECs的粒径及多分散性、Zeta电位等的变化。结果表明,PECs带电特性、粒径及其多分散性与PAE和CMC的电荷比有关,不同电荷比得到的PECs对旧瓦楞纸箱再生浆性能影响不同,当q(CMC):q(PAE)为0.30时,对纸张增强效果最好。
The effects of polyelectrolyte complexes (PECs) prepared by the cationic polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) and the anionic carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in different charge ratio on the properties of OCC pulp were studied in the article. The PECs' particle size and Zeta potential were evaluated. The results revealed that the particle size and Zeta potential of PECs depend on the charge ratio of cationic and anionic polyelectrolytes. The optimal strengthening effect of PECs on the OCC handsheets is achieved when the value of q(CMC):q(PAE) is 0.30. But when the value of q(CMC):q(PAE) is close to 1, the strength improvement of OCC pulp is the least. Addition of PECs has no effect on the apparent density of the handsheets.
