热敷加喜疗妥乳膏治疗肌内注射后臀部硬结的效果观察

Clinical effect of fomentation plus application of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on induration caused by muscular injection

目的观察热敷加喜疗妥乳膏治疗肌内注射后硬结的效果。方法将150例肌内注射后臀部发生硬结的患者随机分为实验组与对照组各75例。对照组采用水温50-60℃浸透的纱布热敷肌内注射硬结,每次20 min,3次/d;实验组采用热敷肌内注射硬结部位20 min,再用喜疗妥乳膏在硬结部位外涂3-5 min,3次/d。观察两组臀部肌内注射后硬结直径的大小,并记录肌内硬结软化程度的变化。结果实验组有效75例,治疗有效率为100.0%;对照组有效63例,治疗有效率为84.0%,两组治疗效果比较,χ2=15.81,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论热敷加喜疗妥乳膏能有效地消除肌内注射后引起的臀部硬结,具有操作简单、方便、节省护理时间等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fomentation plus application of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on induration caused by intramuscular injection. Methods 150 patients with indurations caused by intramuscular injection were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group equally. The control group was treated with soaked gauze of 50 - 60℃ for three times a day for 20 minutes at each time, while the experimental group was with fomentation plus application of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on the induration for 3 times a day for 3 - 5 minutes. Sizes of induration diameter on hip muscles of two groups were observed and changes of induration softening were recorded. Results The treatment in 75 patients of the experimental group was effective, with a rate of 100%, while that on 63 patients of the control group was effective with a rate of 84.0%, the difference significant between two groups （X^2 = 0. 05, P = 0. 00 ）. Conclusion Fomentation plus application of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream is able to effectively remove hip induration caused by muscular injection. It is easy, convenient and time-saving for operation.
