摘要 目的探讨评判性思维能力的培养在骨科护生带教中的应用效果。方法将200名护生随机分为对照组和观察组各100名,对照组按传统带教方法进行教学,观察组在常规教学的基础上通过理论学习和讨论,制订整体护理手册等措施,逐渐培养和提高护生的评判性思维能力。结果两组护生出科时的理论考核、操作考核以及评判性能力认知评价比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论评判性思维能力的培养有利于提高临床护理教学质量。 Objective To study the effect of applying critical thinking ability training in the clinical nursing teaching of orthopedic department. Methods 200 nurses were randomized equally imo control and observation group. Nurses in the control group was taught with traditional teaching methodology and nurses in the observation group were trained by theoretic learning and discussion, regulating holistic nursing handbook, besides the traditional methodology. The theoretical examination, practical manipulation and critical thinking ability were compared between the groups. Result The differences between the groups were significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) in respect of theoretical examination, practical manipulation and critical thinking ability. Conclusion The training of critical thinking ability is beneficial for the enhancement of teaching quality.
