摘要 肝细胞生长因子(HGF)可调节许多细胞的运动和生长,检测了HGF对5种人类非小细胞肺癌细胞运动和侵袭的作用,有3种细胞的运动和侵袭力在HGF刺激后增加。用RNA印迹检测HGF受体——原癌基因C-met产物,可证实这几种细胞均有C-metmRNA存在。细胞蛋白印迹检测进一步证实了HGF受体的存在。这些结果表明HGF可能在人类非小细胞肺癌的侵袭和转移方面扮演重要角色。 Hepatocyte growth factor((HGF),also known as Scatter factor(SF),regulates both the motility and growth of a number of cell types.Had determined the effects of HGF/SF on the motility and invasiveness of 5 human non small cell lung cancer cell lines(NSCLC).The motility and invasiveness of 3 of these cell lines were increased by HGF/SF.The effect was completely blocked by an anti HGF/SF antibody.Northern blotting studies demonstrated presence of message for the HGF/SF receptor C met in all cell types.Presence of the receptor protein was further confirmed with Western blotting studies.These results suggest that HGF/SF may contribute an important role in motility,spreading and invasion of human lung cancer cell lines.
