工作要求—资源模型研究对人力资源管理的启示 被引量:3

摘要 自从2001年Demerouti提出工作倦怠的工作要求—资源(JD-R)模型以来,大量的理论和实证研究支持了该模型,工作要求—资源模型从工作要求和工作资源两个维度出发,研究了工作条件对工作倦怠各个维度的影响。文章旨在分析有关工作倦怠的工作要求—资源模型的研究对人力资源管理理论和实践产生的影响和启示。
