摘要
目的：高效液相色谱法测定酮康唑乳膏中酮康唑的含量。方法：采用Kromasil C18色谱柱，流动相为0．05mol·L^-1醋酸铵溶液-甲醇（26：74）（用稀醋酸调pH至6．5）；检测波长239nm。结果：线性范围20mg·L^-1～1．0g·L^-1，r=0．9999，平均加样回率为99．9％，RSD=0．56％。结论：本法操作简便，准确度高，精密度好。
Objective：An HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of Keteoonazole in Ketoeonazole Cream. Methods：A Kxomasil C18 column was used with 0.05 mol · L^ -1 ammonium acetate-methanol （26： 74） （pH value was adjusted to 6. 5 by diluted acid） as mobile phase. Results： The detecting wavelength was 239 nm. The linear range of Ketoconazole was 20 mg · L ^- 1 - 1.0 g · L ^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）, Conclusion ：The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.9% and 0. 56% . The method had good precision. The result was accurate and reliable.
