摘要
阐述了新修订《刑法》规定医疗事故犯罪的意义,论述了医疗事故犯罪的构成要件。指出,医务人员应该正确对待关于医疗事故犯罪的规定,克服消极情绪,提高医疗服务水平。
This article deals with the siguificance of medical malpractice crime included in the newly revised criminal Law, and the requisites to constitute this kind of crime. The author hopes that medical personnel will adopt a correct attitude towards the provision in the law regarding medical malpractice crime, overcome a passive attitude towards the law, and improve the level of medical service.
