摘要
本文分析了建设工程固定总价合同发生纠纷的主要原因及在业主与承包单位之间产生的争议性问题,根据国家相关法规和实践经验,提出了具体的解决途径,强调了"清标"工作在减少或避免固定总价合同纠纷事件中的重要性。
The paper analyzed the main reasons for causing the contract disputes over engineering fixed total price and disputable problems between building owner and contractor. According to the state statute and some practical experiences, the concrete methods of resolving the problems are put forward, emphasizing the importance of tender audit work which can reduce or avoid the contract disputes mentioned above.
