摘要
目的规划与设计基于网络直报的动态探测传染病爆发早期预警的信息系统架构与应用模式。方法时间系列的控制图法和基于空间热点探测的时空模型。结果设计参数配置平台,规划预警信息系统架构,提出应用工作模式。结论利用时间系列的控制图法和基于空间热点探测的时空模型应用相结合,建立传染病爆发早期预警系统,能有效地对传染病爆发做出早期预警。
Objective The program and application mode of information system for web-based dynamic early warning of infectious diseases were developed. Methods Time series control chart and the spatial-temporal mode which was based on the spatial hot-spot detection were used. Results The information system for early warning and the application mode was proposed. Conclusion An early warning system of infectious disease which will detect the outbreak of infectious disease effectively and efficiently by the combination of time series control chart and spatialtemporal model which was based on the spatial hot-spot detection.
