距骨骨牵引在后踝骨折切开复位内固定中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨距骨骨牵引在后踝骨折切开复位内固定中的具体应用。方法2006年1月至2006年12月,对13例完整随访资料并因后踝骨折采用距骨骨牵引方法实行切开复位内固定的患者的临床资料进行分析。结果13例患者平均随访17个月(12~23个月),均获得骨性愈合。按照美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)推荐的足踝评分系统评分95分(85~100分)。后踝关节面解剖复位,骨性愈合良好。结论距骨骨牵引的实施在后踝骨折切开复位内固定时可为术者提供安全,直观,便利的工作区域。 Objective To study the use of bone traction of the talus during the open reduction and internal fixation of the fracture of the posterior malleolus. Methods Between January 2006 to December 2006,13 cases have been operated with bone traction of the talus. Results The average time of follow-up is 17 months,all the 13 cases have got bone union. The ankle functional results were graded according to the AOFAS. The average score was 95 ( 85 - 100score). The fractures have been anatomic reduced and bony union have been found . Conclusion The use of bone traction of the talus can provide safety, visible and easy working area for the surgeon.
