摘要
分析了当前医院输血管理中存在的四个方面的问题,即组织不健全,制度不完善,教育不广泛,适应症掌握不严;并就如何解决这些问题提出了相应的建议。
The article discusses how to improve the quality management , efficiency and benefits of blood and its products transfusion in hospital through perfecting the work in several links, including the organizational work, scientific rules and regulations , and professionals ' training, all of which should be suited to the needs of new technological conditions of clinical departments.
