固相萃取-气相色谱法测定杨梅中的有机磷

Determination of organophosphorous pesticides in arbutrus by solid-phase extraction gas chromatography

目的：建立了固相萃取气相色谱法测定杨梅中22种有机磷农药残留的方法。方法：用乙腈-丙酮混合溶剂匀浆提取样品中的有机磷农药,固相萃取柱净化,用FPD检测器对其进行测定。结果：对40种宁波地产杨梅进行了检测,加标回收率在70%～95%之间,方法检测限在0.005～0.015 mg/kg,在0.2～20.0μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系。结论：该方法简单、准确、可靠,分析结果达到农残检测的要求,适用大批量样品的同时检测。

Objeetive：A method for the determination of 22 organophosphorous pesticide residues in arbutrus by solid phase extraction（SPE） coupled with gas chromatography（ GC ） was developed and validated. Methods：The samples were extracted by acetonitrile - acetone and purificated with Envi - Carbon and Sep - Park NH2 SPE column, then determined by flame photometric detector. Results：The average recoveries ranged from 70% to 95% , the limits of detection were 0. 005 -0. 015 mg/kg and there was a good linear correlation in the range of 0. 2 -20. 0 μg/ml. Conclusion：This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues in arbutrus.
