摘要
目的:了解健康人大肠埃希菌中Ⅰ类整合子基因定位情况,探讨其在细菌耐药性获得与传递中的作用。方法:采用质粒接合实验和斑点杂交实验。结果:64.3%的整合子位于接合性质粒上,35.7%位于染色体或其他非接合性质粒中。结论:本文研究的整合子阳性菌株对耐药基因的捕获主要是通过接合性质粒介导的,造成耐药基因的水平播散。
Objective:To detect the gene location of integrons in Escherichia coli strain isolates from healthy human of Beijing to find out the influence of integrons contributed to the development of muhidrug resistance and dissemination of antibiotic resistance. Methods :Plasmid Conjugation experiments and Dot Blot hybridization were performed. Results:A percentage of 64. 3% integrons located on conjngative plasmid, 35.7% isolates integrons located on nonconjugative plasmid DNA or Chromosomal DNA. Conclusion: Conjugative plasmid mediated antibiotic resistance of positive isolates in this study and result to horizontal transfer of antibiotic gene.
