摘要
目的:对生物材料中铊的微分电位溶出分析方法进行研究。方法:0.06 mol/L醋酸-0.05 mol/L醋酸钾作为支持电解质,微分电位溶出测定。结果:本法测定的线性范围3~100μg/L,加标回收率为86.1%~93.3%,方法的相对标准偏差为3.5%。结论:用本法对中毒兔肝、肾、肺中的铊含量进行了测定。方法操作简单、准确、快速,应用国产仪器,便于推广应用。
Objective:It is a reliable method to analyze and study the thallium in biomaterials. Methods:The electrolyte is 0. 06 mol/L CH3 COOH -0. 05 mol/L CH3 COOK, and with potentiometric stripping analysis to detect. Results:h has a good linearity when the contents of paraquat in 3 - 100 μg/L The variable coefficients are3.5% , with average recovery rate between 86. 1% -93.3% at different spiking level. Conclusion: It is proved that this method is simple and fast and with high sensitivity. And it can meet the need of detection thallium in liver, kidney and pulmonary of rabbit.
