分光光度法测定小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中胆红素的含量

Determination of bilirubin in Xiao′er Anfen Huang Namin granules by UV spectrophotometry

目的：建立小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长453 nm。结果：胆红素在0.672～6.720μg/ml范围内具有良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.10%,RSD=0.22%。结论：本法简便,准确。

Objective： To establish the method for determination of bilirubin in Xiao＇er Anfen Huang Namin granules.Methods：UV spectrophotometry with a detactive wavelength at 453 nm was used. Results：The linear range of bilirubin was 0. 672 N6, 720 μg/ml （r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99. 10% and RSD =0. 22%. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate.
