荧光实时定量PCR法检测流感病毒核酸的质控结果分析

Analysis on quality-controls of detecting Flu virus polynucleotide by development of real-time quan titative PCR

目的:通过参加湖南省2007年疾控机构分子生物学能力考核、实验室间比对试验结果,及时发现问题,启动分子生物学实验室并提高检测技术能力。方法:荧光实时定量PCR法2007年湖南省分子生物学能力考核表中的考核操作规程及7300型实时荧光定量PCR的SDS软件操作。结果:根据湖南省CDC反馈结果,本中心的考核成绩为合格。结论:建立分子生物学实验室,同时要保证实验室结果的准确性,是我们分子生物学能力考核的主要任务。

Objective：To set up molecular biology laboratory and improve ability of detecting technology and find out problem in time through comparing with a lot of experiment results, after joining the examination on molecular biology ability which is developed by organiza for disease control and prevention （ Hunan ） in 2007. Methods： Development of real - time quantitative PCR. Handling rules of molecular biology ability examination, Hunan ,2007. The SDS software -7300 type real - time fluorescence quabtify PCR. Results： CDC（hunan） proclaim our centers＇s examination result was up to stardard. Conlusion：The major task is not only to build melecular biology labroratory but also to ensure the accuracy of expriment results.
