菌体抗原“缺失”的宋内志贺菌研究

目的:研究O抗原"缺失"的宋内志贺菌其它生物学性状的变化情况。方法:检测试验菌株的生化特性和对抗生素的敏感性,以及用多种批号的诊断血清进行凝集试验。结果:具有典型的宋内志贺菌的生化特性;与对照菌相比,能够耐包括复方新诺明在内的多种抗生素;与有效期内的多批宋内志贺菌诊断血清不能产生凝集反应,而对照菌凝集良好。结论:该株宋内志贺菌的O抗原表达显著减少,同时药敏谱也产生明显的改变。

Objective：To study the other properties of Shigella sonnei with ＂no＂ O antigen. Methods：To test the biochemistry properties and the sensitivity to antibiotics of studied bacillus, and to test the O antigen of studied bacillus with slider agglutination test. Results：The strain of studied Shigella sonnei had the representative biochemical properties of Shigella sonnei. Contrasting with the control strain of Shigella sonnei, the test strain could be drug - fast to many antibiotics including Trimethoprim/sulfa, and could not be agglutinated by several anti - sera to Shigella sonnei in the period of validity. But the control strain could be well agglutinated. Conclusion：The O antigen of the strain of studied Shigella sonnei is distinctly reduced spontaneously, and the effectual spectrum of antibiotics had been changed.
