2007年温州市龙湾区制鞋企业工作场所苯系物监测结果分析

Analysis on results of benzene series surveillance in shoe-making enterprises workplace of Longwan,Wenzhou in 2007

目的:了解龙湾区制鞋企业工作场所空气中有毒物质情况,预防职业中毒和慢性职业病发生。方法:对龙湾区制鞋企业工作场所空气监测结果进行分析。结果:全区制鞋企业工作场所空气中有毒物质苯不合格率最高,为29.21%,其次为甲苯,不合格率为3.17%。部分制鞋企业工作场所有毒物质超标严重,苯最高超标108倍,甲苯最高超标7.2倍。结论:龙湾区制鞋企业工作场所存在发生职业中毒和慢性职业病的危害,有关部门仍需加大宣传、监督力度。

Objective：To investigate the poison materials in the air of workplace in Longwan shoe - making enterprises for preventing occupational poisoning and tropic occupational disease. Methods： To analyze the air surveillance results monitored in workplace of Longwan shoe- making enterprises. Results： In the study, the reject rate of benzene which reach to 29. 21% was highest, and the second was toluene which reached to 3.17%. Some poison materials in the air of workplace in Longwan shoe-making enterprises exceed seriously,with the highest benzene exceeding by 108 times and the highest toluene exceeding by 7. 2 times, according to the National Standard. Conclusion： Longwan shoe - making enterprises do exist harmfulness on occupational poisoning and tropic occupational disease, and the government should increase propaganda and inspection.
