农村医疗站物表金黄色葡萄球菌脉冲场电泳分型

摘要 目的:了解农村医疗站物表分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的基因型及耐药性。方法:采用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对金黄色葡萄球菌进行分型,结合药物敏感试验进行分析。结果:17株金黄色葡萄球菌的脉冲场谱分6型(A-F),耐药性试验结果显示菌株对21种药物耐药,最多耐药种类达18种,出现13种耐药谱,菌株存在多重耐药性。结论:在医疗站物表金黄色葡萄球菌的分子流行病研究中,脉冲场凝胶电泳是一种较好的基因分型方法。 Objective:To explore the genotyping for Staphylococcus aureus isolated from rural medical stations. Methods:Employing the pulsed - field gel electrophoresis for typing of Staphylococcus aureus and to test their antimicrobial susceptibility in the same time. Results : From the results of pulsed field gel electrophoresis spectrum, 17 strains of Staphylococcus aureus may be separated to six types (A - E ). From the results of antimicrobial susceptibility, the most strains were resistant to 18/30 dugs. Conclusion: Pulsed - field gel electrophoresis is a good technique for genotyping of Staphylococcus aureus.
