摘要
目的:了解合浦县10年来各类食品的卫生质量状况,为相关部门对产品卫生质量的监督和管理提供可靠的依据。方法:采用合浦县疾病控制中心存档的报告书档案资料进行统计分析。结果:十年内共检6301份食品,总合格率为80.8%。其中理化检品5490份,合格率为91.1%;微生物检品5038份,合格率85.7%;理化和微生物检测合格率前后五年比较分别得:2χ=19.95,P<0.01和2χ=41.51,P<0.01,两者差别均有统计学意义。结论:合浦县食品卫生检测合格率总体呈上升趋势,但总的合格率还是不高,熟肉制品、冷饮类食品、淀粉类制品和调味品等日常消费的主要食品其卫生状况还不容乐观,应加大对其的监督执法力度,以保障食品的食用安全。
Objective:To know the hygiene quality state of kinds of food over the past ten years in Hepu. Methods:Adopted and analysed the reports and files about Hepu Center for Disease Control. Results:Examine 6301 pieces of food altogether in ten years,the general qualified rate is 80. 8%. Examine sample 5490 of physics and chemistry among them, the qualified rate is 91.1%, the microorganism examines samples 5038,the qualified rate is 85.7% , the physics and chemistry measure qualified rates part relatively five years altogether withmloroorganism: χ^2= 19.95,P 〈0.01 and χ^2 =41.51,P 〈0.01,the two difference has statstical meanings. Conclusion:Shut Hepu county food hygiene it measures rates qualified to be overall to rise, but the general qualified rate is not still high. Cold cuts goods, cold drinks, starch goods and flavouring, etc. the main food states is not allowed optimistic, increasing supervisor in its enforce the law strength,in order to ensure the edible security of the food.
