介绍了应用现场总线控制技术在聚丙烯薄膜生产线上的设计方法,阐述了系统的组成特点及各部分功能。重点讨论了基于日本三菱公司CC-Link现场总线的应用及其控制部分的硬件系统结构和软件编程。实现了对整个生产过程的集中检测和控制。实践表明这种控制方案可行,保证了整个系统的设备的安全运行,其应用也收到了良好的效果。
The designing method of applying fieldbus control technology on polypropylene film production line is introduced, and the composition feature of the system and functions of each section are described. The application of CC-Link fieldbus from Mitsubishi and the hardware system structure and software programming of its control section are discussed emphatically. Centralized detection and control of the entire production process are implemented. The practice shows that the control strategy is feasible and the safety operation of overall equipment is guaranteed. The application provides excellent effects.
