摘要
介绍了一种基于AT89C51的智能型防护板法导热仪,通过对传统导热仪的结构、电源、加热方式、控制电路进行改进,使仪器在系统稳定性、精确性方面得到了提高。由于采用了恒温与恒功率相结合的加热方法,使得该仪器在测试的速度和精度上都有所提升,同时也为基于稳态法的导热议的设计提供了一种新思路。
The intelligent thermal conductivity apparatus with guarded plate and based on AT89C51 is introduced. Through improving the structure, power supply, heating mode and control circuit of traditional apparatus, the performance of instrument has been enhanced in stability and reliability. Because the combined heating method of constant temperature and constant power is used, the measurement accuracy and measuring speed of the instrument are increased. It provides a new idea for designing thermal conductivity apparatus based on steady-state measurement.
