摘要 生产计划是企业实现优化生产及节能降耗的重要手段,准确的模型是进行生产计划优化的核心。以某煤化工MES系统的生产优化模型的研发为背景,分析了煤化工企业的生产特点,并据此建立了该煤化工企业的生产计划优化数学模型,为生产计划优化提供了有力支持。此外,该模型优化目标中加入了体现质量要求的优化项,使其在优化利润值同时,能够适应不同工况下的质量要求。结果表明,该模型很好地反映了生产实际,能有效指导生产。 Production planning is one of the important measures to realize optimal production and reduce energy consumption ; while accurate mathematical model is the kernel of optimization for production planning. With the research and development of production optimization module of a coal and chemical MES system as background, the features of production in coal and chemical enterprises are analyzed, and on this basis, the mathematical model for production planning optimization is established. In addition, the optimal item for quality requirement is added in the mode/. Thus, besides of optimizing profits, the model is also satisfying different quality requirements under different operation conditions. The result shows that the model reflects the practical production, and directs the production effectively.
