新型脉冲循环流化床组合工艺处理印染废水 被引量:3

摘要 采用脉冲循环流化床与物化沉淀池的组合工艺对某公司的印染废水进行了处理。工程规模为5000m3/d,处理前废水:CODCr800-1200mg/L、BOD5200-300mg/L、SS150-200mg/L、pH8-10、色度300-800倍。处理后废水:CODCr92.1mg/L、pH7.49、色度15倍,达到了《污水综合排放标准》GB8978—1996的一级标准。该技术工艺投资低、处理效果好、操作管理方便、出水水质稳定,处理费用0.410元/t,且基本无污泥产生,处理结果表明:新型脉冲循环流化床与物化沉淀池的组合工艺具有体积负荷大、抗冲击能力强和处理效率高的特点。 The print and dyeing wastewater has been treated by the composite process of the pulse fluidized bed, CFB and physico-chemical precipitation tank in a company whose engineering scale is 5 000 m^3/d. Before the treatment, the wastewater guality index are: CODc, 800-1 200 mg/L,BOD5 200-300 mg/L,SS 150-200 mg/L,pH 8-10 and chtoma 300--800 times. After the treatment, the wastewater guality index are: CODc, 92.1 mg/L,pH 7.49, chroma 15 times. The results achieve the first grade standard of "The comprehensive discharge standard of sewage GB 8978--1996". The process is well worthy of being relied on with low investment,effective wastewater treatment,convenient operation, and stably effluent wastewater indicators,The treatment costs only CNY 0.410 per ton and basically no sludge,which accords with the environmental reguirement of clean production. The result show that the composite process of the pulse fluidized bed,CFB and physico-chemical precipitation tank are characteristized by great volume load, strong impact capability and high treatment efficiency.
